We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Belmond! The service was fabulous - the staff paid great attention to detail, knew our preferences, and were genuinely kind and caring. The hotel was beautifully decorated, never felt crowded, and our poolside suite was huge and comfortable. The restaurants were delicious, and the martini bar had amazing cocktails. a truly special hotel experience. I highly recommend Belmond!

We absolutely loved our stay at the hotel! The staff were extremely attentive and friendly throughout our visit, providing exceptional service. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a stunning swimming pool and a fabulous spa that left us feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast, which offered a variety of fresh fruits and juices. Additionally, the hotel's location was great, situated in the heart of this city's bustling center close to Pub Street.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was attentive and took care of our every need. The location was perfect, close to the bustling areas of the city and just a short 10-minute drive to the ruins of Angkor. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the pool area was a true oasis where we could relax and unwind. The breakfast was the best we've had anywhere in our extensive travels, with fresh fruits and juices. The staff even arranged a small breakfast for us at 4.45am before our visit to Angkor Wat. We highly recommend this hotel.

Great service and facilities with a lap pool, gluten-free and soy options, fresh and healthy breakfast, and picnic baskets for lake lunch. Exceptional staff, large beautiful rooms, and an amazing spa experience. Organized excursions and restaurants. Excellent breakfast and variety of food, fantastic pool facilities, and spotless well-appointed room. Will definitely return!

This hotel was an absolute gem during our city trip. The two complementary services we received were simply fantastic: the turn down service had amazing special touches and the spa service was beyond words. The hotel's key location made everything accessible, from the Angkor Wat temples to the shopping and nightlife. We especially enjoyed the beautiful salt-water pool surrounded by the lush vegetation, which truly gave us a sense of paradise.
We can't think of anything negative to say! we had a wonderful experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it for anyone visiting the city.
